How did I spend my first new year’s eve this in Japan ?

At first, my international friends and I did not know where to clelebrate the new year’s eve !
In France, we used to gather at one friend’s home and party till the day after but here in Japan, none of my friends lives in a big enough house to host us all, so we decided to spend it in a karaoke room 🎤🎶 !
And it was amazing ! We had a lot of fun !

Next year, we would like to do it like Japanese people, and go to the temple (in Asakusa maybe) and watch the first sunrise of the year ! This is my goal for next year ! Celebrating the new year the Japanese way !
